Got Questions? We’ve Got Answers
Everything you need to know about memberships, classes, personal training, nutrition coaching, and getting started at our gym.
What Is Tread Vegas?
Tread Vegas is a group fitness studio built around high-energy, coach-led classes that are designed to be challenging, fun, and repeatable. Every session follows a structured format so you know what to expect — but with enough variety to keep things fresh. Whether you’re brand new to fitness or you’ve been training for years, Tread Vegas is built to meet you where you are and push you further than you’d push yourself on your own.
At a regular gym, you’re on your own — figuring out what to do, how to do it, and finding the motivation to show up. Tread Vegas is the opposite of that. Every class is coach-led, the energy in the room is real, and the format takes all the guesswork out of training. You show up, you work hard, and you leave having accomplished something. It’s the accountability and atmosphere of a personal training environment at a fraction of the cost.
High-energy, focused, and genuinely fun. From the moment class starts, the music is up, the coach is driving the session, and the room has an energy that pulls you in. You’re moving with purpose — not wandering between machines. Classes are structured so there’s always a clear goal for the day, and that structure is what makes the results consistent. Most members say they work harder in a Tread Vegas class than they ever would training alone — and that they actually look forward to coming back.
No — Tread Vegas and CrossFit are two different programs, and that’s intentional. CrossFit (our sister brand at The Strip CrossFit) is a strength and conditioning program with barbells, gymnastics, and heavier lifting. Tread Vegas is a group fitness concept focused on high-energy, accessible training that emphasizes cardio, conditioning, and functional movement in a more approachable format. Both are coach-led and community-driven — they just serve different goals and preferences. Many of our members do both.
Getting Started
Not at all. That’s one of the most common things we hear from new members — ‘I need to get in shape before I come in.’ Please don’t wait. Tread Vegas classes are designed to be scaled to your current fitness level. Our coaches know how to work with beginners, and the group environment is welcoming, not intimidating. The people around you have all been where you are. Show up as you are, and let us take it from there.
Because the hardest part of any fitness routine is showing up consistently — and Tread Vegas is built to solve exactly that problem. The coach-led format means you don’t have to think about what to do. The community means people notice when you’re there and when you’re not. The energy means you actually want to come back. Most people who struggle with other gyms aren’t lazy — they just weren’t in an environment that made it easy to stay. This one is.
Come a few minutes early so you can introduce yourself to the coach before class starts. Let them know it’s your first time — they’ll show you any modifications and make sure you’re set up for success from the start. The class itself will walk you through a warm-up, the main workout, and a cool-down. Everything is explained as you go. After class, don’t be surprised if other members introduce themselves — the community here is genuinely welcoming, and first-timers are always treated like they belong.
Starting with 2–3 classes per week is ideal. It gives you enough frequency to build momentum and start feeling the results, while giving your body time to recover and adapt. As your fitness improves and the classes feel more natural, you can add more days. There’s no rush — consistency over weeks and months is what creates real, lasting change. Our coaches are happy to help you build a schedule that works for your life.
Classes & Schedule
Tread Vegas classes combine cardio, conditioning, and functional movement in formats that are energetic and coach-driven. The programming is structured so that each class has a clear focus and builds on what came before — meaning you’re always progressing, never just burning time. Expect to move, sweat, and work hard in a room full of people doing the same. The format is designed to be repeatable and results-driven, which is why members stay for the long term.
Classes are coached to accommodate a wide range of fitness levels. Your coach will always offer modifications so you can work at the right intensity for your body. ‘Keeping up’ looks different for everyone — the only expectation is that you give your best effort on that day. Some days that’s a 10, some days it’s a 6. What matters is that you show up and move. No one in that room is judging your pace — they’re too busy focused on their own work.
Classes are designed to be efficient and effective — typically 45 to 60 minutes. You can get in, work hard, and get on with your day. The structured format means there’s no wasted time. Every minute of class has a purpose, which is part of why members see results faster than they would with unstructured gym sessions.
Class booking is easy — you can reserve your spot through our app or by contacting us directly. We recommend booking ahead to secure your spot, especially for popular time slots. Check the schedule for current class times at your preferred location and find a time that fits your routine.
Membership & Pricing
Membership is $100/month, giving you unlimited access to all group classes. For what you get — professional coaching at every session, structured programming, a motivating environment, and a community — it’s one of the best investments you can make in your health. When you factor in what you’d spend on a personal trainer, multiple fitness apps, or a traditional gym you never actually use, the value becomes clear very quickly.
No long-term contracts. Our memberships are month-to-month because we believe in earning your loyalty every single month — not trapping you into one. We’re confident enough in what we offer that we don’t need to lock you in. All billing terms are explained clearly before you sign up, and there are no surprise fees.
Yes — reach out to us to set up a trial class. We want you to experience Tread Vegas before making any decisions. Come in, feel the energy, meet the coaches and members, and then decide. We’d rather you start with full confidence than sign up with doubt.
We have deep respect for those who serve. Contact us directly to ask about current discount
options for military members, veterans, and first responders. We handle these personally to make
sure we’re recognizing service the right way.
What to Wear & Bring
Whatever you’re comfortable sweating in. Athletic shorts or leggings, a t-shirt or tank, and supportive athletic shoes are all you need. Training shoes or cross-trainers work well — you’ll be on your feet and moving, so something with good support matters more than style. If you’re unsure, err on the side of comfortable and breathable.
Bring a water bottle and yourself — we’ve got the rest covered. A small towel is a good idea if you tend to sweat a lot. Most members travel light and keep it simple. The only thing you really need to bring on day one is a willingness to work hard and try something new.
Yes — both our Las Vegas and Henderson locations have convenient parking. You won’t have to stress about finding a spot before class. Location-specific details are available on the contact page of our website.
Ask us directly or stop by before your first class — our team will walk you through the facilities so you know exactly what to expect when you arrive.
Health, Safety & Results
In many cases, yes — but we always recommend speaking with your doctor first if you have a medical condition or are recovering from an injury. When you come in, tell your coach about anything they should know before class. Our coaches are trained to offer modifications and work around limitations. We’d rather adjust the workout to keep you safe than have you sit on the sidelines entirely. Your long-term health always comes first.
Yes, with one important note: listen to your body and communicate with your coach. It’s completely normal to feel challenged, winded, or sore when you’re starting back up after a break. That’s your body adapting. What you want to avoid is pushing through sharp pain or ignoring signals to slow down. Your coach will help you find the right intensity for where you are today. Starting is always the right decision — just start smart.
Most members notice early signs of progress — more energy, better sleep, improved endurance — within the first 3–4 weeks of consistent training. Visible physical changes generally follow within 6–8 weeks depending on how often you come and what’s happening with your nutrition and recovery. Tread Vegas is built around repeatable, progressive programming, which means results compound over time. The members who stay consistently for 3–6 months tend to look and feel like completely different people.
We don’t prescribe a specific diet — that’s between you and your own goals. What we will say is that training and nutrition work together, and if you want to accelerate your results, paying attention to what you eat is worth it. That said, you can absolutely make meaningful progress just by showing up to class consistently. Start with the habit of training, and let nutrition improvements come naturally as you build momentum.
Community & Culture
All kinds — and that’s genuinely one of the best things about it. You’ll find people who’ve never set foot in a gym before training alongside people who’ve been athletes their whole lives. Working parents, college students, retirees, shift workers, competitive runners. The energy in the room is high, but the attitude is humble and supportive. What everyone has in common is a decision to show up and do something good for themselves. That shared commitment is what makes the community work.
Most people come alone their first time — and almost everyone leaves feeling like they fit in. The coach-led format immediately gives you a point of connection, and the shared experience of a hard workout has a way of breaking down social barriers quickly. You don’t need to know anyone to feel welcome here. Give it two or three classes and you’ll have familiar faces and names. The community builds naturally.
Please do — working out with someone you know is one of the best ways to build accountability and make the experience even more enjoyable. Contact us to set up a guest visit for anyone you’d like to bring in. We’ll make sure they feel just as welcome as you did on your first day.
